About the role :
Reporting to the Head of People, Culture & Wellness and working closely with a highly motivated team of experts, you will :
Own delivery of end-to-end recruitment
Build capability amongst hiring managers, developing us all into expert recruiters!
Formulate innovative talent sourcing strategies, building relationships with institutes, peer organisations and a network of industry specialists
Support business leaders to minimise the impact of people disruption through proactive risk assessment and mitigation
About you :
An experienced HR practitioner / recruiter, you will hold a relevant tertiary qualification and proven experience in end-to-end talent sourcing.
With your strong interpersonal skills, you will genuinely enjoy finding the perfect match of candidate to role, and working closely with hiring managers to understand their business needs and team culture.
