Rollex Group Busy and varied role in a growing business, Working with a great national team, New Zealand owned and operated.

We are currently looking for a motivated, self starting individual with excellent communication and organisational skills, a positive attitude and attention to detail, to join our customer focused team.

Rollex Group is an import, distribution and service company, based in Alicetown, Lower Hutt and operates throughout New Zealand in the food industry.

At Rollex Group our aim is to provide The Best Service , and this position is a pivotal support role in achieving excellence within our nationwide Service Team.

This varied role includes scheduling and tracking jobs, ensuring the workflow process is both timely and accurate, evaluating department performance, reporting and follow up of all aspects of our service delivery.

We require someone who has the following key skills :

  • Exceptional organisational base; an ability to prioritise tasks and problem solve
  • Possesses excellent customer service and relationship building skills
  • Displays initiative, drive and is able to juggle multiple tasks on a daily basis
  • Is a team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Will be a highly reliable individual with a keen eye for detail
