As the Compliance Manager based in our National Support Office, you will be responsible for managing and executing an integrated Quality, Innovation and Sourcing strategy with the framework of our Merchandise Strategy.

Some of your key responsibilities will be :

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop category specific requirements and scope of work that is consistent with business needs
  • Ensuring optimal QA processes and systems are in place to further enhance Farmers' reputation for excellence
  • To ensure testing standards reflect best practice methodology, and adhere to government laws, regulations, and national standards
  • What will you need :

  • Relevant business degree or diploma in textile technology or textile production
  • A proven merchandise leadership background as an experienced merchant
  • Strong experience in the fashion / general merchandise would be a distinct advantage
  • An excellent understanding of current and possible future trends, practices, technology and information affecting Buying and Farmers.
