We are looking for an experienced Team Leader who is responsible for driving quality customer service and continuing a positive relationship with our community.
Our Customer Services team are the hub of the organisation so your ability to keep your finger on the pulse and provide leadership and mentoring to a capable team is a must.
You need to be an experienced team leader, a people person and a natural communicator. Your role is to work with and lead a team in delivering high-quality customer service through either the Call Centre, face to face or online.
