Reporting to the Production Supervisor, we have an exciting opportunity for a Production Technician to be based in our Auckland manufacturing site.
The purpose of this role is to perform functions to prepare and process raw materials into completed finished product in accordance to GMP standards.
The Role : Adhere to the priorities of the production plan, i.e. to mix the products according to the order of the Production PlanFollow mixing and packing instructions according to the instructions on the batch sheets issued and under the guidance of the more senior TechniciansPerform all mixing, packing and other operations incorporating all the necessary quality assurance measure specified within the instructionsMaintain the hygiene and integrity of all the facilities and equipment employed in the mixing and packing operations.
These must pass the Preoperative Line CheckAssist with labelling if required, warehousing and general housekeeping whenever possible if necessary.
Process orders in compliance with the Guideline to DispatchOn a weekly basis, carry out tasks in the Friday Housekeeping list and checksMay be required to train new & junior staff in mixing and packing productsTo carry out all reasonable instructions and to undertake any work reasonably required by the business in accordance with the principles of GMPBe familiar with and apply all company regulations and policies on Health, Safety and EnvironmentBe familiar with, understand and comply with all aspects of the Company Mission and Corporate Policies ManualWhat you will have : Previous experience in a manufacturing / production role (1-
