Truly Unique position within a well known Insurance Broker - Auckland City Fringe, Permanent, Full Time.Your new company My client are a well known Insurance company who provide support services to a number of brokerages and financial advisers across the country.
They are looking for a tech savvy Insurance professional to take a step out of the traditional career path and join their team as a systems / help desk expert! Your new role This is an integral role for the company as you will be the go to person for the wider network, providing on the go, live advice and resolving their queries.
You'll be responsible for testing all new platform releases and then rolling these out to the wider business, providing training and ongoing support.
This is a real tech heavy role so will suit someone who is interested in systems and reporting What you'll need to succeed You'll bring to this role Previous Insurance experience (ideally in a broking environment) A keen interest for all things tech! The ability to problem solve and to complete tasks to a strict time frame The highest level of communication skills -
