We have en excellent temporary opportunity for an experienced Administrator who is available immediately! As a Claims Officer you will work within a national organisation contributing positively to their customers.

The successful candidate will be target focused, dedicated and have superior problem solving skills. You’ll be working 8.

30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday and be located in Lower Hutt!

about the role (duties would include but are not limited to) :

  • dispatching information securely
  • contacting relevant parties for missing information
  • opening and actioning mail
  • processing one off payments
  • answering queries from clients, service providers and other third parties
  • data entry
  • validating data and documents against the correct clients
  • about you (ideal applicants would) :

  • have excellent customer service and problem solving ability
  • be able to quickly absorb new information
  • be accurate in the information that is communicated
  • enjoy working with a close team and be confident in working within required timeframes
  • bring proven administration experience
  • have proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
