An exciting opportunity exists to join the AP Clients & Industries team as the AP C&I Operation and Analysis Support. You will be working alongside with AP C&I leadership, Regional Lead Client Service Partners (RLCSPs) and Regional Sector Leaders to support regional strategy development and operational support, and support the performance review and development process.
It is an ideal role for a versatile, top performing, experienced professional who would like to gain experience working with the AP organization, build a global network, and develop significant understanding of the AP C&I organization.

ResponsibilitiesSupport AP C&I PlanningSupport AP C&I annual planning by working with AP C&I strategic sector leaders and their supports, facilitating planning process, and managing centralized planning outputs for discussion and alignmentWork closely and communicate frequently with strategic sector supports on any problems and updates to smooth planning process and to ensure quality of planning outputsSupport AP C&I COO to conduct any planning related data maintenance / analysis, identify potential issues and work with operation team and strategic sector supports to resolve problemsSupport AP C&I Leadership MeetingSupport AP C&I Leader and COO on the monthly AP C&I Council Meeting, prepare meeting materials as needed, facilitate meeting logistics, and track on the follow-up actionsSupport other AP C&I Leadership Meetings based on needsSupport Yearly Member Firm StandardWork with global team to facilitate member firm standard process and take initiatives to propose any ideas on the improvement and optimization of the overall procedureWork with Geos / BUs team to proceed member firm standard submission, support AP C&I COO on the governance of Geos / BUs progress and submission contents, take initiative to seek clarification and additional materials to ensure high quality submissionConsolidate Geos / BUs submission to form one single submission for APDeliver Monthly Board ReportCoordinate with Geos / BUs / Sectors team in AP C&I ecosystem, conduct data cleaning and analysis, prepare monthly report for board, to provide insights and facilitate leadership decisionsWork with business intelligence team and conduct pipeline analysis as the input of board reportPMO Support and ad hoc workWork with AP C&I Operation team to provide operational support for any other AP C&I activitiesSupport AP C&I COO to conduct ad hoc work, such as prepare materials for Hot Topic initiatives, Pursuits report, Client Portfolio Management, and etcQualificationsEducation : Bachelor’s DegreeAdvanced degree in business administration preferredYears of Experience : A minimum of 2-3 years of work experience that demonstrates superior management, strategy planning, analysis and implementation experienceDemonstrated confidence in client relationship and leadership management in a professional services environmentTechnical Skills : Fast and self-driven learner with ability to grasp heart of the business issuesSelf-starter with ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and deal with ambiguityStrong project management skills with attention to detail and thorough executionExcellent written and oral communications skillsAbility to support leadership to drive stakeholder engagementStrong relationship building and relationship management skillsCapable of building effective working relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple business areas, functions, and geographiesOther Attributes : A strategic thinker with the ability to translate concepts into practical and executable plansStrong understanding of DTTL and / or member firms’ client and industry programsWorks well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentAbility to coordinate across many constituentsClient service experience preferredAbility to interact and interface with all levels, especially with leadershipAbility to develop and deliver internal and external executive level presentationsThis role is a part of the Deloitte Asia Pacific Regional team and not Deloitte New Zealand.
