We are currently looking for a competent contract administrative manager to join us to fulfill a range of duties relating to creating, pricing, administrating and managing, negotiating, implementing contracts and dealing with contract variation during the course of contract execution, and supporting our marketing team, project managers, external contracted architects and surveyors in starting, modifying and completing projects.

In terms of the background and experience, ideally, you will at least have a Bachelor’s degree in the field of commerce and business management, plus sound senior entrepreneurial managerial experience at a large scale of commercial operation.
