Receptionist / Office Administrator required in Mt Wellington. Reporting to the Office Manager, this key position is the first point of contact for all visitors.

22nd August - 6th September

Role Responsibilities :

  • Welcoming guests
  • Greeting, transferring and managing telephone calls
  • Management of meeting room bookings
  • Variety of office administration duties including ordering stationery, couriers, catering, and business cards
  • What you’ll need :

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Proficient MS Office skills
  • Accurate typing ability
  • The ability to multi-task
  • The ability to pick up and learn new systems with ease
  • There are also excellent facilities for staff, which include fresh fruit daily and an on-site gym.
