The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for managing the service being delivered by the appointed field services providers.
This role will be instrumental in ensuring the effective delivery of the services provided by the field services provider.
The role will be a conduit between the business partner community (as a dotted line report) and the vendor for delivery of contracted services.
You will be working closely with the Business Partner / Head of IT Business Partner to ensure service requests and / or requirements (either BAU or project related) are adequately understood, scoped and prioritized
Service Delivery experience - At least 6 years of experience in Service Delivery, service management, vendor and stakeholder management
Vendor Management - Essential to have experience in managing vendor service levels to ensure consistent delivery to agreed performance standards
Infrastructure Service Management - Experience in service delivery within IT Desktop and Infrastructure environments in large global environments is essential
Communication- Excellent, clear and confident communication skills are essentia
VISA - Candidates must currently be in NZ and hold a valid work / residence work to be considered for this role
