Join the Aon Fire Protection branch of AGRC in our Westgate Branch
Aon currently has an opportunity for a superstar administrator to join the Fire Protection business based in our Westgate branch.
In this role you will play a pivotal part in providing support to the Fire Protection business, largely providing administration support, word processing, and enabling the field inspectors and branches to operate efficiently and effectively.
You will be part of a small team where daily tasks could include word processing, invoicing, scheduling inspections, client liaison, council IQP applications, and various other administrative duties.
This role does involve data transfer, and verification so you will need to have excellent attention to detail and strong Word and Excel skills.
You would be accountable for :
Answering incoming emails and calls from clients and Aon Fire Inspectors
Administrating all fire alarm system inspections in a timely manner
Preparing certificates and reports for Aon Fire Inspectors in a timely manner
Invoicing and liaising with clients
Providing other admin support duties alongside the wider Aon Fire Protection team.
You are friendly and helpful and have a good grasp of the English language.
You are reliable and can work unsupervised with the ability to manage your time wisely.
You could have a background in Administration or Office Support with a passion for putting the customer first and going the extra mile.
Understanding of building compliance and / or the Fire Protection industry would be helpful but not necessary.

Proven understanding of Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word).
