  • Here’s how this role in our Finance function will help power better health for a better world : Key functions for this position include : Prepare, submit and reconcile monthly, quarterly and year end reports for two entities;
  • Prepare monthly cashflow reports to Treasury and repatriate surplus funds;Manage, interact, resolve liaise and coordinate with the GIS teams to ensure smooth running of shared services processes;
  • Ensure product costings are correct, investigate and resolve any inventory and costing variances in a timely manner;Lead annual external audit process;
  • Assist in the annual budget process and action timely submissions into HFM;Prepare annual company tax returns, tax calculations and submissions;
  • Ensure compliance with local and global processes and polices;Carry out all necessary finance administrative duties when required.

    The minimum qualifications and experience required for this position are : To be considered for this role, you must be a New Zealand citizen, resident or secured the right to work in New Zealand.

  • CA qualified with minimum of 4 years + of Financial & Management Accounting experience and strong technical accounting skills;
  • Analytical and reporting background with a demonstrated competency in managing month end close, understanding of inventory and costing, cashflow and tax experience;
  • High attention to detail, self-management, problem solving and organization skills;Passion, ownership and understanding of numbers and willingness to challenge the status quo;
  • Strong communication skills and ability to develop relationshipsSAP and Hyperion systems experience and strong I.T. literacy;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications and familiarity with data bases;Shared services experience would be an advantage.
