You’ll have the opportunity to use your solid organisational and administration skills to provide efficient administrative support, ensuring the smooth running of our Auckland Council building consent processes.
This role will allow you to be part of our hardworking and supportive team environment. Another aspect of this role would be working with our internal data to meet regional and departmental reporting requirements.
There is also a big focus on paying attention to the details to support auditing work. Our team strives to provide the best quality service possible to our internal and external customers.
With a can do attitude there are real progression opportunities for you within the team and wider Auckland Council. However, this is a role that sits in a demanding environment and hence time to complete a task would be of utmost importance.

He kōrero mōu : About you
To be successful in this role you will be system savvy, able to easily adapt to recent technology, and have strong analytical skills.
Your excellent communication skills will help you excel in this customer-focused role. An initiative-taking nature along with your great diligence and advanced to intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Macro, Excel) will strengthen your application.
A good understanding of building legislation and SAP experience would make your application stand out.
