We do this by creating new Services initiatives and supporting the day-to-day fulfilment and trading of our Services portfolio.
Having already built the foundations of our Product Development chapter we are now looking for more passionate people to come join us and complement the team.
About the Role :
As a Product Development Chapter member, you are responsible for undertaking activities aligned to the mission of a squad, bringing your strategic and functional product development skills, with particular focus and expertise in services.
You will be responsible for determining the new services offerings we create or refining our existing ones to deliver improved financial results and customer experience.
From idea to execution, this role has end to end ownership of conceptualising, building and launching services successfully into market, working with multiple stakeholders to ensure it all comes together.
Focusing on our Commercial customers, you will work closely with the wider business, taking service opportunities through the business development pipeline - from scoping, through validation, to build and launching in market.
About You :
To really flourish in this role, you will have product development experience in a similar environment being able to take services from concept stage through to execution.
A customer focused attitude, passion for technology and an intimate knowledge of the market and competitive offerings are also key.
