As a Leader you'll be managing our Quality Team, looking after performance, coaching & development needs and empowering your team members to achieve their individual goals.
We're looking for someone who has our customers at heart. You'll be commercially savvy, being up-to-date with industry regulation and the latest trends in Quality management.
You'll also be someone who can put plans into action. Working closely with our Consumer Retail and Contact Centre teams, you will be looking for opportunities to improve the customer experience both internally and externally.
What you'll need to succeed...You will have significant people management experience having already shown your leadership ability, as we have a strong quality team waiting for you to develop and grow them.
There will be recruitment of new team members on the cards, so you'll need to have an eye for talent.You're someone who can see the 'big picture', someone who knows the right questions to ask and has that ability to understand, interpret & present complex information in a clear and succinct manner.
A confident communicator, you'll have strong reporting skills, balanced with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and engage them in influencing positive change.
Most of all though, you are passionate about our customers receiving the best possible consistent experience when dealing with our teams.
