Achieve all store targets through close control of staff performance, administration, stock control, sales and services.
2. Ensure store retail presentation standards and customer service standards are maintained to the required levels.3. Ensure that all staff completes free checks and complete job cards and fully comply with Keystone requirements.
4. Ensure that all staff are fully trained and competent in their roles and undertake performance improvement if required.
5. Ensure that HSE Event Planner tasks for your site are completed as required and ensure that all employees at your site understand, adhere to and follow safe work practises, HSE policy and procedures.
