We're looking for an energetic and driven Commercial Account Manager to join our Asian Banking Commercial Banking team based at our North Harbour Office.
What you will doAs a Commercial Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing frontline service to a portfolio of high value clients and assist with their day-to-day banking requirements.
As crucial first line support, you will prepare credit submissions for new and existing clients, as well as review and manage on-going business.
To be successful in this role, you will use your sound commercial lending, account management and analytical skills coupled with exceptional relationship skills and the desire to consistently deliver over and above service to your clients.
You'll constantly look for new ways to enhance the relationship with your clients and make their banking easier for them.
What we're looking forYour communication skills will be essential for effectively managing relationships with key internal stakeholders and external clients, which will go hand in hand with your strong customer focus.
Business or commercial banking experience and financial analysis skills are fundamental, and a relevant tertiary qualification is preferred yet it's not essential.
We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, relationship-focused and driven, who has the ability to communicate, and negotiate successfully while building and maintaining key relationships with clients.
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who is fluent in Mandarin and ideally Cantonese as well. The ideal applicant will also need to be able read and write Chinese at an advanced level.
