Let’s talk about the roleThe Marketing Manager, BNPL (Retail ANZ), is responsible for supporting strategy in developing and executing partner marketing campaigns targeting Australian & NZ business owners and operators across various industry verticals.
Support the development of Go-To-Market strategies and new product launches as required.Engage with cross functional internal stakeholders and retail partners to plan and deliver best in class marketing programs to acquire, nurture, and engage our merchant baseIdentify opportunities with our current and prospective retail partners to improve retail customer conversion and drive increased sales volumesCollaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams for the ideation, planning, budgeting, production and implementation of marketing activitiesPlan, manage and deliver an integrated marketing program that supports acquisition and engagement activities within the retail and service sectorsSupport consumer marketing team to drive and deliver best-practice customer engagement campaigns, including creative and copy development and optimisation that supports the retail offer strategy, agency management, target setting and results trackingLet’s talk about you!You make the hard look easy and always take a customer centred approach to delivery and outcomes.
You will typically come from fin services, Fintech or the retail industry.Demonstrated experience in direct marketing and campaign management across multiple channels (ATL, BTL)Extensive campaign management & data-driven marketing experience with proven success in delivering & executing B2B marketing strategies that drive business outcomesStrong experience in partnership and external agency management and content stakeholder approvalsDemonstrated experience and success in end-to-end campaign managementAble to develop and build strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners, and comfortable working with cross-functional and virtual teams.
