As such, we are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to be a part of our Technology & Operations Platform Services Team.
As a critical part of the Platform Delivery team you will be focused on driving efficiency improvements across operation health, maintenance, and strategic delivery for all Platforms.
You will collaborate with and support the platform leadership team and other stakeholders, to ensure full transparency of platform capacity, demand, risk and operational performance.
Your co-ordination and leadership helps ensure we maximise delivery, have a continuous learning culture and maintain industry leading engagement scores.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and coordinate opportunities for operational improvements across IAG Platforms
Collate and maintain initiative / project / platform, quality and risk artefacts focusing both on operational and project risk
Support the Manager, Platform Services to manage the Platform Commercial profile
Maintain Platform Financial Model, support the Manager to collate and provide reports to management as required
Maintain Platform resource and demand profile across both Services and Delivery aspects, support leadership to make resourcing decisions based on this profile.
Lead the Customer Communications scrum of scrum’ activity and delivery systems
Support the Platform Leadership Team (LT) towards their objective of effective management of the Platform
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across IAG and partners
Skills & Experience
Experience working in a Project Delivery environment both Agile and Waterfall principles
Strong Stakeholder Management skills, comfortably working across all levels of Management
Experience working with Partners and Suppliers
Workforce planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Technology strategy development and execution
Excellent communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills
An inquisitive, continuous improvement growth mindset
Strong influencing and negotiating skills
Qualifications
Tertiary qualification / s in Information Technology or related fields
Relevant industry or specialism qualifications e.g. : ITIL, Agile, Lean 6 Sigma, Prince 2
