Great opportunity to further develop your banking careerBe part of our high performing Corporate Property Finance team, working with a range of ANZ’s marquee customersDevelop a range of business relationships with customers and key networksAbout the RoleThe Relationship Associate works directly alongside our Relationship Managers, managing a portfolio of our larger Corporate Property Finance customers.

You will have the opportunity to : Be involved in key sectors in the economy where change and banking input is becoming more valuedDevelop close working relationships with customers, as we look to provide key banking solutions and help them achieve their broader strategic goalsConnect closely with ANZ specialists across our Institutional, Sustainability, Markets, Trade, Transactional Banking and Private Bank teams, providing scope to be part of a well-connected teamThe Relationship Associate will support our Corporate Property Finance Relationship Managers in making banking easier for customers, providing customer solutions and insights by conducting financial analysis, along with lending support for designated customer groups.

This role is ideal for emerging staff with an eagerness to grow into Relationship Management responsibilities. Your success will provide numerous development opportunities within our Corporate team, and the wider ANZ business.

Role Location : AucklandRole Type : Permanent, Full-TimeAbout YouTo grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following : A keen interest in Commercial and / or Property Finance industriesFinancial literacy and analytical skillsThe ability to analyse and interpret data, to provide insight into financial trendsComfort working across a variety of stakeholders, establishing and maintaining strong relationshipsSound understanding of structuring security arrangementsExcellent communication, both written and oralStrong time management and prioritisation skills coupled with a high degree of self-motivationA willingness to accelerate your own development and work in a fast paced, challenging environmentA tertiary qualification in a financial discipline, or previous financial / lending experienceAbout ANZOur purpose is to shape a world where people and communities thrive.
