Within this dedicated squad, we have a requirement for a UX Designer to lead the design of email communications to our customers using SFMC and to connect the experience end-to-end across channels .

Your key responsibilities will see you : Work within a cross-functional product team to design user experiences and features that lead to customer and team success and delight.
Maintain a passionate focus on the customer, their context and needs across the design process.Design digital experiences and journeys from discovery through concept to production ready UX, creating UX artefacts such as wireframes, customer journey maps, user flows, sketches and interactive prototypesFacilitate discussions around customer and business value within the product team and with wider stakeholders, and run co-design sessions to define compelling solutions and identify ways to deliver value incrementally.
Leverage analytics tools and methods to derive insights and inform designs.Design and run user research, usability studies and co-design sessions to uncover customer and business needs, and to test and refine concepts and designs.
Develop the visual and interaction elements of the user experience in accordance with the cross-platform digital experience style guide and experience principles, to ensure a consistent experience across our touchpoints.
