Our Farmers Hastings Store is looking for a new team member to join their Loss prevention Team.

As a Loss Prevention Associate , your key focus will be promoting and maintaining the highest level of awareness for safety, security and customer service.

Managing and maintaining losses in our retail environment from internal and external sources.

You will be :

  • Displaying a high level of Customer Service while on the shop floor
  • Identifying stock loss patterns and investigating loss causes
  • Ensuring all documentation is recorded and kept with a high level of accuracy
  • Maintaining and following the Farmers LPA Procedures and processes
  • Monitoring departments by Identifying and deterring suspicious behaviour
  • The skills you will have :

  • A calm, friendly and approachable attitude when dealing with customers
  • Be resilient and comfortable handling situations of conflict that may occur
  • Maintain the highest level of integrity and honesty at all times
  • Great communication skills, both written and oral
  • Intermediate to advanced computer literacy skills
  • Previous experience in a loss prevention / security role, preferably within a busy retail environment would be an advantage, but not essential.
  • Days and Hours :

    Sunday 9 : 45am - 4 : 15pm

    Monday 8 : 45am - 5 : 15pm

    Tuesday 8 : 45am -5 : 15pm
