    TeWhiwhinga mahi The opportunity

    This permanent full time role reports to the BusinessAnalyst Team Lead and supports all of the Wise Group entities. It involvesusing our Learning Management System to design, deliver and track training anddevelopment for our organisational development needs and has a focus onremoving operational pain points.

    The role involves :

    Maintaining the master data and configuration of the Cornerstone Learning module (the Wise Group’s LMS) and improve how staff locate and complete training online.

    Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and larger improvement projects.

    Be the expert on the Cornerstone Learning module, and act as a translator between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    Help Wise Group entities get the information they need for reporting and audit through reports, extracts, integrations.

    Create training materials including hard-copy, knowledgebase, eLearning, and multi-media, and collaborate with IS team members to keep knowledge and training material current.

    Mōu About you

    Ideally, we are looking for someone that has a passion formaking things better and relevant practical experience. You’ll have excellent people skills as wellas strong technical know how to make the most of the Wise Group’s LearningManagement System - delivering experiences and improvements that delight.

    Thesuccessful candidate will also have :

    At least 3 years relevant experience which will include LMS configuration and maintenance, creating and editing SCORM eLearning packages, and creating online self-help material.

    Or something pretty similar.

    Experience in a Helpdesk or IT team.

    Preferrable you’ll also have experience in video creation, agile, Zendesk, SharePoint, or Cornerstone experience.

    If you have more experience, that’s great. Even if it’s alot more experience. We’re keen to hear from a wide range of applicants.
