  • About the Role

    As a Change Specialist, you will work collaboratively within the business across a multiyear programme that is transforming the spaces we work into a vibrant, supportive and connected innovation hub.

    This role is responsible for planning, developing, and executing change activities designed to create an open and connected culture, working with the stakeholders to identify approaches and implement solutions that bring these changes to life.

    Reporting to the ePMO Change Practice Lead, we are looking for an experienced change professional, who will be able to champion change management activities, leverage our internal change framework and tools, and actively provide feedback to improve our change outcomes.

    This role will also work closely with our Communications and ePMO leadership teams with change management plans including training, stakeholder engagement and impact analysis.

    About You

  • 5+ years' experience in as a Change Specialist or similar role, ideally with some experience in the public service arena and sound knowledge of change management techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to see the "big picture" and understand the strategic context of organisational programme and change.
  • An agile, growth mindset is a must!

  • The ability to effectively manage through pressure, peaks, and troughs, meeting deadlines and seeing tasks through to completion
  • A passion and track record for enabling and delivery positive change programmes
