    We pride ourselves on providing knowledgeable, efficient customer service and develop our staff to reflect this through a variety of training opportunities.

    The RoleThis is a role where you will truly be self-managed, taking ownership and accountability for the growth of our commercial clients in the South Auckland area.

    Based on the road visiting these key customers, you will be responsible for ensuring their account is well looked after, while also developing new business in the area.

    As the main point of contact for these commercial customers, you will assist with all of their product / ordering needs, ensuring that we provide a level of service superior to our competitors and increase market share for the territory.

    Specific duties includeVisiting our commercial customers and discussing their account needsManaging and growing client relationships but understanding their objectives and needsRecognising and capitalising on local market opportunitiesWorking autonomously to maintaining a structured itinerary and call cycleProviding accurate and friendly advice superior to that of our competitorsLiaising with our in store Commercial and Trade Specialists to ensure our key clients are well looked afterSkills and Experience RequiredCommercial experience in the Heavy Transport industryAchievement orientated, enthusiastic, motivated and a team playerNatural people person with the ability to build and maintain client relationshipsProven ability to increase profit margins and grow market shareAptitude to self-manage and work autonomouslyAbility to influence as well as strong negotiation skillsHigh levels of resilience and problem solving skillsThis is an opportune time to join Repco / Appco and make a significant contribution towards growing our commercial space.
