As a member of the Plus Support FED team, you’ll be joining a team of merchant-obsessed developers, who want to make the most impact possible for our audience with efficiency, performance, and scale in mind.
We are able to accomplish this by being knowledgeable, communicative, and timely as we develop custom solutions for Shopify’s enterprise-level clientele.
While working closely with the Merchant Support and Plus Merchant Success teams, you will be helping merchants by answering questions, implementing customizations, writing scripts, and fixing issues.
You can expect to : Work with merchants in order to create a new feature or modify an existing feature of their themeWork with merchants to debug and fix issues in their themes and Shopify ScriptsParticipate in code reviews and peer feedback sessionsUsing the Script Editor App, creating new Shopify Scripts, or modify existing Shopify Scripts for Plus merchantsTeach merchants best practices when it comes to themes or Shopify ScriptsDevelop tools to help increase team efficiencyCommunicate with both the Plus Merchant Success team and Merchant Support teams in order to support Plus merchantsAct as subject-matter experts in Front End Development inside Shopify's Merchant Support and Plus Merchant Success teams.
