About the Role The Digital Marketing Manager is an integral role within the NZ Marketing Team to lead the successful implementation and optimisation of all ATL initiatives across all product offerings Credit Cards, Personal Loans and Buy Now, Pay Later.
This role will see you : Drive growth. Identify key performance and planning opportunities to drive improved marketing ROI.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the planning, strategy, measurement and reporting of all marketing campaigns to identify optimisation opportunities and insights to help inform future marketing activities.
Work closely with our Agency partners and our Data and Digital Marketing Delivery Teams to build out connected Omni-channel experiences, that enhance the customers experience and drive key business outcomes.
Support the implementation of media initiatives, Mar-Tech and Ad-Tech roadmaps leveraging new data capabilities to enable continual optimisations.
Leverage a suite of marketing analytics dashboards and reporting tools to track key customer and portfolio metrics, including trend analysis and internal / external benchmarking.
Support the team with the best in market measurement; attribution, audience and channel strategies, testing road maps and the integration of Mar-Tech & Ad-Tech capabilities.
Robust Opex management and deployment of investment to deliver the highest possible commercial return. Act right as a responsible lender by exercising care and diligence across all aspects of the role including strategy, creative and targeting.

Typically, you come from a lead generation business or a media agency background. Several years of digital experience, knowledge, and skills to influence and impact positively on business outcomes.
Results driven with an extensive track record of achieving superior results within a performance media discipline. Strategic and analytical thinker with great commercial acumen that loves solving problems.
Proven ability to establish and manage smart and efficient supplier relationships and service level agreements. Experience in Mar-Tech platforms such as DMP’s, CDP’s, Analytics and Data Visualisation tools.
Awareness of Ad-Tech platforms including DSP’s such as DV360 and Facebook Business Manager. Experience in managing Opex and delivering effective media investment across a range of performance strategies.
