  • Hospitals & Health Care Facilities; Airports; High Tenanted Office & Apartment Buildings; Petrol Stations; Petro-Chemical sites;
  • Power Stations; Correctional Facilities including Prisons; Telecommunication Providers; Courts; Aged Care Facilities; Banks;
  • Educational Facilities; Supermarkets / food providers.

    The Role

    Based in our Wellington office, the job is fast paced, demanding, with plenty of activity and variety. You won’t be bored.

    You will be the main link between our customers and operational staff providing prompt, high value, efficient customer service to all parties.

    You will be responsible for the complete end to end process of service delivery.

    To achieve this you will :

    Assign service work & schedule field technicians and contractors to attend site

    Coordinate activity to complete service work seamlessly

    Respond to customer calls, raise purchase orders, manage incident reports

    Process supplier invoices and queries

    Undertake a myriad of other duties to support the wider business

  • To be successful you will have a naturally strong allegiance to meeting commitments for a diverse range of customers; proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships;
  • have advanced skills in Microsoft Office product suite / keyboard skills; and work at a fast, accurate pace.

    Although it may be helpful you don’t need to have come from the Fire Industry you will receive on the job training it is more important that you have : personal drive to meet business and customer commitments, strong initiative to get the job done and a natural tendency to do the right thing.
