  • Atención de la central telefónica.
  • Coordinación para el mantenimiento de la oficina.
  • Verificar diariamente el buzón electrónico de cuentas por pagar.
  • Recepción y revisión de documentos contables conforme a los requisitos tributarios.
  • Enumeración documentaria.
  • Escaneo y grabado en la red de documentos.
  • Rechazo de facturas, rendiciones, etc legajos incompletos.
  • Atención de economato, útiles de oficina u otros.
  • Qualifications

    Educación técnica o universitaria en Contabilidad o afines. 2 años de experiencia específica en labores administrativas.

    Conocimientos de Contabilidad. Manejo de Office, excel e inglés intermedio.
