The Role.

As a Business Analyst, reporting into the Head of Contact Centre, you’ll be responsible for taking all the data on our customers, calls, sales figures, and productivity, and turning this in to actionable and meaningful insights that help us drive performance.

This includes :

  • Developing and designing scorecards, dashboards, and other reporting tools and templates that provide insight on our key performance indicators
  • Producing accurate analysis on existing data such as sales volumes and profit targets, as well as forecasting and modelling future needs and resources
  • Presenting reports to back to the business and liaising with key stakeholders
  • This role is a mix of regular reporting and ad hoc requests, with opportunities to get involved in strategic projects.

    What Do I Need?

    You’ll have the ability to analyse a wide range of complex data from multiple sources. You’ve got a passion for exploring this information and using it to tell a simple story that is translatable to everyone.

    This is a fast-paced role that requires a proactive and collaborative approach the Business Analyst is a key member of our NCC Leadership team, with an opportunity to have a voice in how we continue to improve our customer experience and process.

    You’re happy to take initiative and get out in the business, taking ownership and asking the right questions to get results.

    This is a sole charge Analyst role but there is opportunity to connect with other Analysts in the business to share information.

    Computer literacy is important, you’ll need to bring advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP, Tableau or Salesforce would be a big plus.

    Process and continuous improvement mindset there are loads of opportunities here, you’ll need to be motivated to keep striving for the success of our contact centre

    Problem-solving skills we’ve got some great tools, but sometimes we don’t find the answers at our fingertips you’ll need to do some digging to find the right solution.
