Job Title : Functional Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Talent

Short Description : Work on a variety of critical client engagements with some of Infosys largest and most successful clients in New Zealand.

  • Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Talent
  • Expertise in Dynamics 365 FO HR module
  • Location :

    Auckland, New Zealand

    Years of EXP :

  • 4 years’ bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
  • At least 4 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO Human Resources & D365 Talent
  • At least 1 end-to-end project experience on D365 Talent implementation
  • At least 4 years of experience in business analysis or functional consulting in Human Resources area of ERP Business Processes
  • Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Review / analyze requirements specifications from the business needs, Support creation of to-be flows.
  • Fit gap analysis documentation.
  • Provide solution alternatives,
  • Create detailed design documentation
  • Need to Prepare UAT test scenarios and need to do testing.
  • Application training.
  • Skill / Competency Requirements :

  • Strong proficiency in D365FO HR module or D365 Talent and its related best practices.
  • Ability to understand and use advance analysis methods to identify and resolve complex client scenarios
  • High impact Communication skills
  • Business Acumen
  • Customer Orientation
  • Planning and Co-ordination skills
  • Essential

  • Should be experienced on D365 Talent / D365 FO HR modules
  • Experienced on HR management.
  • Preferred

  • Knowledge of Proposal building methods
  • Project Management.
  • Experience and desire to work in a consulting environment that requires regular travel
  • Basic domain knowledge of Retail industry
  • Additional skills :

  • Experienced on AX2012 R3
  • Experienced on different modules in D365 FO
