Years of EXP :
4 years’ bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
At least 4 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO Human Resources & D365 Talent
At least 1 end-to-end project experience on D365 Talent implementation
At least 4 years of experience in business analysis or functional consulting in Human Resources area of ERP Business Processes
Roles and Responsibilities :
Review / analyze requirements specifications from the business needs, Support creation of to-be flows.
Fit gap analysis documentation.
Provide solution alternatives,
Create detailed design documentation
Need to Prepare UAT test scenarios and need to do testing.
Skill / Competency Requirements :
Strong proficiency in D365FO HR module or D365 Talent and its related best practices.
Ability to understand and use advance analysis methods to identify and resolve complex client scenarios
High impact Communication skills
Planning and Co-ordination skills
Should be experienced on D365 Talent / D365 FO HR modules
Experienced on HR management.
Knowledge of Proposal building methods
Experience and desire to work in a consulting environment that requires regular travel
Basic domain knowledge of Retail industry

Experienced on AX2012 R3
Experienced on different modules in D365 FO
