People & Wellbeing have a fantastic opportunity for a talented and motivated Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our Talent Advisor to support the coordination and delivery of recruitment across the Treasury in a decentralised model.
You will gain great exposure to the full-range of administration and coordination activities that span right across the possibilities of a recruitment function and a fantastic insight into the wider workings of a HR team.
Your demonstrated capability in the role will enable you to take on a greater level of responsibility and you'll be developing your advisory skills through leading recruitment processes, interview panels and advising leaders on desired recruitment approaches.
This role suits a high-performer with a high aptitude who is driven to learn and develop as a recruitment professional. Ideally, you've studied HR and have relevant recruitment experience but most importantly you're passionate about people, recruitment and forging a career in the industry.
