Reporting to the General Manager you must provide high-quality operational HR advice and support to the business. In addition, you will be responsible for the full HR life cycle which would include recruitment, onboarding, development, and employment relations just to name a few.
Located approximately 45 minutes from Rotorua or Taupo this role is the ideal career step for a self-assured, driven and knowledgeable HR professional
To be considered for this role you must be a qualified HR professional with strong Union and HR knowledge. Furthermore, it is equally as important you have excellent communication skills as this role will act as the go to person for all HR inquires.
