    The Auckland Regional Public Health Service (ARPHS) is New Zealand'slargest public health unit, working to promote and protect the health andwellbeing of all people in the Auckland region.

    As a Team Administrator Non Clinical you will have an important customerservice-focused role in supporting staff and teams to meet their objectives andprovide high quality public health services.

    Your role will be varied andinclude support for systems and procedures, projects and championing bestpractice business processes.

    Key objectives include :

  • Provideadministration support and general assistance to staff across the service andsupport corporate functions to run effectively and efficiently
  • Performfront line reception duties including provision of first point of contact phoneand visitor-related activities
  • Providesupport for assigned areas of work in accordance with the organisation’s needsand Administrator’s skill set
  • To besuccessful in this position, you must :

  • be anexperienced team administrator
  • beorganised, efficient and be able to work under pressure
  • beproactive and solutions focused
  • haveattention to detail and be able to multi-task
  • havecompleted relevant office / administration courses
  • have a highlevel of computer literacy
  • have theright to work in New Zealand
