This role reports to the Finance Manager and Invoicing Team Leader as well as having close internal and external relationships.
Excellent customer service skills are imperative as you will be liaising daily via phone and email. You will be required to manage all records and work towards key performance indicators set out by the organisation and your manager.
Key Responsibilities :
Providing support to the accounts and invoicing team
Invoicing and financial record keeping
Maintaining bills payable
Support the purchase order register
Check IBT ( In Betwen Travel) exceptional travel data and the other data integrity tasks
You will have the following :
Excellent data entry and account reconciliation skills
Proficient in Excel to a minimum of Intermediate level, preferably advanced level
Knowledge of general accounting practices
Excellent customer service over the phone and via email / written
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Time management skills -balancing differing tasks at one time and the ability to meet deadlines
Team Player -willingness to help out fellow team members and to support overall company culture
