Role Summary :
The Customer Journey Manager will work with the application management team to map out the full customer journey of one of their key products on points of escalation, process and service level agreements as well as being instrumental in the development and ongoing refinement of customer journeys across the digital product portfolio.
To deliver you must have a process driven and inquisitive mind, attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
The role will work with other leaders and stakeholders across the business to define a standard methodology and a toolset for customer journey mapping that enables both global consistency and local tailoring to specific customer needs.
The role is part-time and allows the right candidate flexibility and self-management for 20 hours per week over 3 months.
