One of our amazing BusinessSupport Representatives is going on maternity leave, and we're looking forsomeone to help keep us ticking along for seven months.

We are looking forsomeone who enjoys working in a busy team environment and thrives on establishingrelationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

In this seven month contractyou'll undertake a variety of tasks and adhering to deadlines will promote yoursuccess in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring contracts are complete to ensure accurate data capturing
  • Providing regular updates to relevant internal stakeholders
  • Managing accounts to meet specific customer invoicing requirements
  • Processing invoicing accurately & efficiently
  • Working with branch & sales staff to promote high standards of contract completion
  • Successful Candidate

  • 3-5 years commercial experience (Administration preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines
  • Microsoft and financial packages
  • Strong practical accounting experience coupled with spreadsheet literacy
  • High attention to detail
  • Works well in a team
