Working closely with our On-the-Go Sales Management team, you'll essentially be bridging the gap between the TSMs and the Sales Manager.
You'll share your knowledge and experience with the team, driving their development and highlight opportunities for growth within their territories.
A chunk of the role will involve cover, where you'll step in to unfamiliar routes across the CNI and provide expert advice and high levels of customer service.
As the go-to for our team to drive customer and sales strategy, you'll be working with the team on negotiations, contracts, planning and initiatives.
Your commercial and leadership capabilities will not only see growth in performance within the region, but you'll provide strategic direction for the individual team members.
