We're working to transform ACC into an organisation that puts our customers at the heart of everything we do. The Policy Administration team within Business Customer Service Delivery Group is delivering a range of improvements that will make it easier for businesses to deal with ACC.
The role is responsible for accurately and efficiently completing administrative processes to meet service levels to support business customer's needs.
Use your knowledge and administrative expertise to help us improve our customer experience.
What we're looking for We're looking a person who has a 'go getter' and positive attitude, love working in teams and are proactive in nature.
You're naturally an organised person who likes working with processes and understand when and where to identify escalation points.
Your computer and processing skills will be at a high level as well as your strong attention to detail. Ideally, you'll come from an administration, customer service and or data processing background.
You will have demonstrated customer services skills with the ability to outline clear needs professionally and courteously.
