We have an onsite end-to-end customer service team dedicated to pre and post-sales support, technical trouble shooting, maintaining accuracy of orders for shipping and building close working relationships with our internal and external customers.
we are looking for a skilled, upbeat and positive Customer Service champion who wants to share in what we are building.
To be successful you will need to have proven experience in a Customer Service role demonstrating abilities in problem solving, systems & IT, great verbal & written communication skills and a customer / team collaboration approach to working.
