Medical Assessment - Fixed Term Contract available We are looking for a Associate Clinical Nurse Manager to join our internship programme.
You will work across all areas adult and paediatric emergency department, Adult Short Stay, Surgical and Medical Assessment units and will require skills in all these areas of acute care.

Our Emergency Department is one of the busiest in Australasia with over 100,000 adult and paediatric patients per year providing a wide range of clinical experience.
It is a modern purpose built facility and is one of two major trauma centres for the Auckland region and supports the National Burns centre for New Zealand As an ACNM intern you will be expected to work collaboratively within the Emergency Department planning and allocating resources appropriately to meet the daily fluctuations in patient demand.
Working a range of rostered shifts. You will need to be able to develop good relationships and work effectively within a team demonstrating a commitment to quality improvements, risk management and effective resource utilisation.
Your proven clinical leadership and excellent interpersonal skills will contribute to achieving our vision of excellence in acute patient care.
Preference will be given to those candidates that have demonstrated an interest in advanced practice and leadership roles in an acute setting. Essential Requirements
