Position Responsibilities Requirements :

Software Engineer

Financial Systems Development

This role will join a team of motivated professionals responsible for the development of our core products. We operating in a dynamic environment to create complex software applications.

This role requires creativity, strong problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, and a keen eye for detail.

We’re looking for experience in :

  • ASP.NET, MVC, C#
  • MVC, MVVM design patterns
  • MSSQL, Oracle
  • Experience of jQuery, JSON, JavaScript, KnockOutJS, CSS, HTML5 and Subversion is beneficial
  • An understanding of or experience using Agile software development methodologies is also an advantage
  • Ideally four years of commercial software development experience
  • You will need to :

  • Write robust code that adheres to defined standards and raises the bar with respect to quality
  • Have knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing and operations
  • Provide technical advice and assistance to other departments
  • Provide support, training and assistance to others including peer reviews
  • Remain up to date with functional and technical changes within the product
  • Remain up to date with modern technologies and practices relevant to the organization
