Our People & Performance Team is looking for a passionate
Administrator / Analyst to come in and hit the ground running.
This role is integral in the support of all key P&P processes and systems.
You will need to be a super organised, process orientated and a proactive team member, with a strong analytical approach to your work.
You will provide support to the People & Performance Managers, by providing data to help aid decision making by displaying information in a way that tells a story.
You will have a passion for data, strong excel skills, and an eye for detail in everything you do.
You will be self-driven and happy to blast through a high volume of administration, processing agreements, supporting internal and external customers queries, all with excellent accuracy.
Previous experience working with an HRIS system, such as SAP, and HR processes would be an advantage; however this is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic HR graduate or someone who is keen to work in the HR industry.
