The role is responsible for the technical customer support for New Zealand. Specifically, they will conduct training of internal staff and external stakeholders.

Technical Support

  • Ensure high level technical customer queries are handled quickly and efficiently
  • Support complex trial set up’s with TBM’s and / or therapists
  • Support and maintain scripts for powered and manual wheelchairs
  • Enter all information into the sales support systems, at this point in time, that is CRM.
  • Training and Education Support

  • Work with the Clinical Education Manager to support on-going education of internal staff
  • Serve as a content expert to support education and in-service programs, professional conferences, trade shows etc.
