This is an exciting newly established role to introduce and lead a dedicated Mental Health & Addictions Pharmacy Service.
The successful applicant must have experience in Mental Health and Addictions. The role is patient focused, includes patient education about medications, supporting transition of care from hospital to community, mentoring junior staff, medication reconciliation, teaching, medication information and some dispensary shifts.
Participation in a weekend and on-call rotational roster is a requirement of the position.
You will have the support working closely with the Pharmacy Manager and Mental Health & Addictions Leadership.
