With Distribution Centres in Wellington, Christchurch and Auckland, manufacturing sites in Hamilton and Taupo and 9 Sales Branches nationwide, we manufacture and distribute Laminex New Zealand products such as Meltica, Laminex and particleboard as well as buy in and on sell products sourced from 3rd parties.
To provide the exceptional service our customers rely on we are looking for a talented Customer Services / Warehouse Team member with an enthusiastic personality to join our small and supportive Wellington team.
Working closely with our customers you will be taking inbound calls, entering phone orders and offering full customer support.
If you love dealing with people and have lots of energy this role will be a fast pace mix giving you exposure to all aspects of our business operations.
In addition to Customer Service you will be loading & unloading trucks, preparing shipping documentation, picking & packing orders, confirming orders in our database and completing general warehousing duties.
This position is a pivotal part in our organisation and you will need to have excellent customer service, communication and multitasking skills.
Picking up product knowledge and technical information is really important as you will be dealing with a range of questions relating to varied products.
If you are motivated, driven and proud of ensuring that all customer orders are entered, picked & packed accurately we want to speak with you.
Safe work practices are a must, as is a keen attitude and willingness to learn new things. Additionally you will need to be computer competent, F endorsed, have no criminal convictions & physically fit as there is some manual lifting involved.
