    strong Oceania workforce. Your Opportunity Supporting the day-to-day activities of the Country Manager, this role is an excellent opportunity to exhibit your friendly and organised demeanour and your capability to demonstrate strong administrative skills.

    On a daily basis, you will be representing Nestlé New Zealand and act as a key point of contact within the organisation, it is important that people find you approachable, enthusiastic and always willing to help.

    Your key responsibilities include :

  • Diary management
  • Appointments and meetings support
  • Administration duties and office management tasks
  • Travel arrangements
  • Expense processing
  • Minute Taking
  • Coordination of events including international visitors
  • Preparing various forms of written documentation and communications as well as preparation of quality PowerPoint presentations and collation of reports
  • Other ad hoc tasks as required
  • About You To take on this role, Executive Assistant experience at a senior level is essential. Advanced skills in the Microsoft suite are a must and a qualification in Business / Administration is highly desirable.

    Your time management skills are next to none and you are able to juggle multiple tasks at any one time as you are key to managing a very demanding workload in a fast paced environment.

    In past roles, you have demonstrated your proactivity and your initiative. You will have a strong service orientation and are confident in your communication style both oral and written.

    With an ability to work across multiple stakeholders you have a passion to continually strive and support the business. Interested ?
