We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Delivery Manager to lead a large and diverse support function. As Service Delivery Manager you will be responsible for leading and developing our energetic team to provide high quality ICT services whilst ensuring services exceed customer expectations.
You will have a natural ability to identify and execute lean service support initiatives and drive continuous improvement across service management disciplines.
You will adapt yourself and the team to changing business needs and foster the team to consistently improve the delivery of an effortless customer experience.
Along with your leadership responsibilities you will also take an active part in customer advocacy for our Global customer base, meaning that a large proportion of your time could be building relationships, conveying the vision of Effortless ICT whilst ensuring the delivery of ICT services from the Helpdesk team.
You will live and breathe operational excellence and constantly strive to provide great service to our internal customers!
The team works hands-on with a great variety of users and platforms. You will have impressive customer service and communication skills to interact face to face with people across the business including marketing, manufacturing and engineering.
Work with a variety of technologies and manufacturing systems, constantly looking for ways for these systems to add even more value to the business.
