  • Full Time 37.5 hrs p / w
  • An excellent and exciting opportunity in Balclutha for the right person.
  • The Family Store Manager is responsible for the day to day running of our very busy Family Store and reports to the Mission Director.
  • You will be responsible for :

  • Team Leadership, staff and volunteers.
  • Operations Management
  • Compliance to relevant financial, personnel and service related legislation, including H&S.
  • Driving Sales.
  • Developing and Managing a team of volunteers.
  • Person Specification

  • Retail experience and commitment to the mission and values of The Salvation Army.
  • High levels of integrity & the ability to work with people from all walks of life.
  • Computer savvy and competent with reporting and daily paperwork processes.
